C'était pour finir un reste de viande de la fondue bourguignonne de la veille.
Préparation : 10 minutes - Cuisson : 25 minutes
Ingrédients pour 1 personne :
100 g de viande à fondue boeuf
100 g de courgette
100 g de poivron
1 c. à soupe d'huile de sésame
1 c. à café de sauce soja
Préparation :
Coupez la viande en dés.
Coupez les légumes en dés.
Dans le wok, ajoutez l'huile de sésame.
Faites revenir les légumes 10 minutes, en mélangeant de temps en temps.
Ajoutez la viande.
Mettez la sauce soja.
Poursuivez la cuisson, (cuisson douce) pendant 15 minutes.
Mélangez de temps en temps .
