On peut remplacer par un autre fromage : chèvre, fromage persillé etc
Ingrédients pour 1 personne
200 g de champignons de paris
20 g de mozzarella
Poivre, sel
Préparation :
Nettoyer les champignons.
Retirer le pied.
Garnir de mozzarella.
Enfourner 10 minutes à 180° (le temps peut varier selon la grosseur des champignons)
