Légumes aux épices orientales
Un plat complet facile à réaliserJ'ai cuisiné les légumes comme lorsque je prépare le couscous.
Je pourrai intituler cette recette un couscous végétarien.
Ces légumes aux épices orientales conviennent pour le rééquilibrage alimentaire .
Préparation : 10 minutes - Cuisson 45 minutes
Ingrédients pour 5 personnes
200 g de carottes
200 g de courgettes
200 g de navet
200 g de poivrons
200 d'oignons
500 g de pois chiches
1 c. à soupe d'huile d'olive
1 cube de légumes dégraissé
1/4 de c. à café de cumin
1/4 de c. à café de curcuma
1/4 de c. à café de ras el hamout
Sel, poivre
Eau
Préparation:
Épluchez les oignons.
Coupez les oignons en quartiers.
Pelez les carottes.
Coupez les carottes en 2.
Lavez les courgettes.
Coupez les courgettes en tronçons.
Lavez et épépinez les poivrons.
Coupez les poivrons en lamelles.
Épluchez les navets.
Coupez les navets en 4 morceaux.
Égouttez les pois chiches.
Dans une cocotte, faites revenir les oignons dans l'huile d'olive.
Ajoutez tous les légumes.
Mettez les pois chiches.
Émiettez le cube.
Incorporez les épices.
Recouvrez d'eau à hauteur des légumes.
Salez, poivrez.
Faites cuire à feu doux/moyen pendant 35 minutes à couvert.
